Orizon33 is an online shopping platform where you can browse products, place orders, track them, and receive purchases through our delivery and pickup network. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect
Account Information When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email address (Apple may provide a private relay address), and an account identifier. We never receive your Google or Apple password. You may also browse as a guest without providing personal details.
Order Information Items you order, cart contents, order totals and status, delivery or pickup details (such as name, phone number), and your payment method type (card or Pay in Person).
Payment Information Card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your card details go directly to Stripe, and we do not store complete card numbers. We receive limited details such as payment status, transaction ID, card brand, and the last four digits. Please review Stripe's Privacy Policy for how it handles your data.
Rewards and Referral Information Your loyalty points balance and history, your referral code, and referral activity.
Device and Technical Information A push notification token (if you allow notifications), device type, operating system, app version, and IP address, used to deliver notifications, keep the Platform secure, and fix errors.
Communications Messages you send to our customer support.
3. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, or microphone data. We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Create and manage your account and guest sessions
- Process, deliver, and track your orders
- Process payments and prevent fraud
- Operate loyalty rewards and the Refer & Earn program
- Send order updates and, where you allow, promotional notifications
- Enable deep links so shared product links open the correct product
- Provide customer support
- Maintain security and improve the Platform
- Comply with legal obligations

Where applicable, we process information because it is necessary to provide the Platform and fulfill our contract with you, to comply with the law, for our legitimate business interests (such as security and fraud prevention), or because you have given consent (such as for promotional notifications).

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:
Service Providers that help us operate the Platform, including Google Firebase (sign-in and notifications), Apple (Sign in with Apple and iOS notifications), Stripe (payments), and cloud hosting and support providers. They may use your information only to provide services on our behalf.
Legal Requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental request, or to protect our rights and users' safety.
Business Transfers. If Orizon33 is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
7. Push Notifications
We send notifications only with your permission. Order updates are part of the service; promotional messages are optional. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.
8. Data Retention
We keep information only as long as needed to provide the Platform, keep business and tax records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. After you delete your account, certain information (such as order and payment records) may be retained for the period required by law before deletion or anonymization.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit, secure storage of sign-in tokens on your device, authentication controls, and access restrictions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Request restriction of, or object to, certain processing
- Receive a copy of your information
- Withdraw consent for optional processing
We do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request or delete your account, use the delete-account option in the App or contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

The Platform uses third-party services including Google Firebase, Apple, Stripe, the Apple App Store, and the Google Play Store. These services have their own privacy policies.

The Platform is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If we learn that we have done so, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
